Alvin and Kevin Mansour’s vision and acumen poise them to redefine the hospitality industry in San Diego and the face of Downtown.



The Mansour brothers quickly rose to industry leaders in commercial real estate. These endeavors culminated with a landmark property in Downtown San Diego — along the San Diego waterfront marina district.

The acquisitions signaled a new narrative for the Mansour brothers, as visionaries in lifestyle hospitality. The flagship property — the historic Army-Navy YMCA Building at 500 West Broadway— opened as The Guild, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in June of 2019.

The Mansours’ concept for a modern boutique experience unfolded just steps away from the iconic San Diego waterfront. The hotel’s design and brand embrace the storied elements of the building, from the gymnasium-turned-ballroom — with an elevated running track that serves as a mezzanine — to the overflowing gardens and soaring windows. Every detail, every square inch reflects their refined eye and passion for detail.

Alvin was recognized nationally by Forbes Magazine’s Top 30 Under 30 in 2011. Kevin oversees the acquisition and reflagging of all hotels in the Oram Hotels portfolio. He assumed full-time management of one of the hotels at age 17, demonstrating his innate business acuity and ambitious work ethic.

Their extensive travels and friendships with titans in hospitality and fashion inform all Oram Hotels design concepts. The innovative layouts, refined aesthetics, and bespoke amenities all reflect the Mansours’ passion and sensibility for boutique luxury hospitality.
